After the council has given the certificate in accordance with section 14, the name, surname, address and other necessary details of the notary public must be sent to the war association and the district court of the district where he is to work as a notary public.
(2) After receiving the information as per sub-section (1), the concerned war association and the district court shall post such information in a place where everyone can see it.
